Hi, I'm Joyce

Founder of Providence Education Advisory

Providence Education Advisory, is an education based institution based in Navi Mumbai, specializing in Career Coaching and Study abroad consultancy. I am a certified Career counsellor and have counselled 3000 + candidates till date. I have a rich corporate and coaching experience of over 28 plus years having worked in organisations such as Future Group, Reliance, MARS group of companies etc. I have studied Hospitality, Economics, and Psychology, and hold post-graduate qualifications in Management and in Psychology.

I am also certified as a life Coach, a Psychometrician, and as a certified Global Career Counselor from the University of California – Los Angeles.

In my more than two decades in corporate life, during trainings and recruitment processes, I have interacted with a large number of people looking to develop their careers, and have come to realize that many have literally wandered into careers and jobs that are not fulfilling for them at all, and therefore they are not happy with their situation. Often it’s quite late for them to make meaningful course corrections.

I have realized the importance of having a conversation with the student, parent and other stake-holders regarding the most important decision for a student – steps to a fulfilling career. I wish to help the future generations make informed choices (something I didn’t have the luxury of) and with my twin advantages of having worked in the corporate environment and expertise in career coaching, I am confident that I am well placed to help students who are on the cusp of making the most important decision of their lives.

I look forward to enabling aspirants to PREPARE FOR A FULFILLING CAREER rather than REPAIR IT LATER.

I was introduced to Providence Education and Mr. Joyce by a friend, and I was in for a pleasant surprise! From our very first conversation, it was evident that Mr. Joyce was not your typical education counselor. He wasn't just about ticking off boxes; it felt like I was chatting with a friend who had my back throughout the college application process.He patiently took me through the whole college admission processes, leaving almost nothing untouched. I visited Mr. Joyce's consultancy back in 2022 as I was planning on higher studies in New Zealand. Before visiting him I had also been to other consultancies which had hype in the market and were attracting students by online major advertising but all those people were pushing me for Canada and UK and other countries and negating my interest for New Zealand. But Providence education advisory gave me proper guidance and helped me secure admission in one of the top universities at Auckland for the course that I preferred. Mr. Joyce has keen knowledge in this field and great experience which even helped me in Visa applications. Mr. Joyce helped me diligently and patiently explained me and guided me through all the process. I got my Visa 4 months prior to the Course start date and because of which I can travel early and settle down at the new place peacefully.
