Hi, I'm Joyce
Providence Education Advisory, is an education based institution based in Navi Mumbai, specializing in Career Coaching and Study abroad consultancy. I am a certified Career counsellor and have counselled 3000 + candidates till date. I have a rich corporate and coaching experience of over 28 plus years having worked in organisations such as Future Group, Reliance, MARS group of companies etc. I have studied Hospitality, Economics, and Psychology, and hold post-graduate qualifications in Management and in Psychology.
I am also certified as a life Coach, a Psychometrician, and as a certified Global Career Counselor from the University of California – Los Angeles.
In my more than two decades in corporate life, during trainings and recruitment processes, I have interacted with a large number of people looking to develop their careers, and have come to realize that many have literally wandered into careers and jobs that are not fulfilling for them at all, and therefore they are not happy with their situation. Often it’s quite late for them to make meaningful course corrections.
I have realized the importance of having a conversation with the student, parent and other stake-holders regarding the most important decision for a student – steps to a fulfilling career. I wish to help the future generations make informed choices (something I didn’t have the luxury of) and with my twin advantages of having worked in the corporate environment and expertise in career coaching, I am confident that I am well placed to help students who are on the cusp of making the most important decision of their lives.
I look forward to enabling aspirants to PREPARE FOR A FULFILLING CAREER rather than REPAIR IT LATER.
